Omoda & Jaecoo Nepal Joins as Co-Sponsors for Nepal Premier League 2024
Omoda & Jaecoo Nepal has signed as one of the co-sponsors of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024, to be organized by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN).
CAN and NPL have announced, Omoda & Jaecoo sponsorship at a MOU Signing Ceremony held on November 26, 2024, attended by CAN officials, Mr. Paras Khadka, Secretary of Cricket Association of Nepal, Mr. Shivratan Sharda, Chairman, Sharda Group Mr. Gaurav Sharda, Director SPG Automobiles, the management team of SPG Automobiles and NPL.
The inaugural edition of the Nepal Premier League will take place at the Tribuvan International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, from November 30 to December 21.
Director of SPG Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Gaurav Sharda expressed that the involvement of Omoda & Jaecoo is aimed at elevating the cricket milestone in Nepal. Mr. Sharda further added that the partnership will aim to enhance Nepali cricket development and contribute to leveraging the cricketing scenario.
Cricket is one of the most followed sports in Nepal, making it a powerful platform to connect with passionate fans. This sponsorship will significantly promote the development of cricket while also contributing to the league’s growth and success in long run helping Nepali young players to gain international experience.
